Vitamin E oil on touch can seem a bit fatty, so I usually mixed a few drops of Vitamin E oil with Jojoba oil or my favourite multi purpose Nuxe oil. You can use any other carrier oil like a good quality Argan oil. I’m not a professional but over the weeks of doing daily I started to improved my massage techniques. Just rubbing the oils on my skin was not really doing much besides leaving a nice hydrated skin.

More importantly I was taking the time to do it. In this fast world its essential to give yourself, body and mind those 10 more minutes for self care. 

This is how I got more and more interested about  the lymphatic system and the magical work it does. I focused my massage technique direction down towards the knee cap. I did that as around your knee you have the lymphatics of the lower limb. Its recommended to do the movement towards the limbs knots for best drainage. I noticed that my skin felt not only more hydrated after each application, over time, I saw a gradual reduction in the appearance of cellulite. While the results were not dramatic, I was pleased with the improvement in the texture and firmness of my skin. Be patient and continue to stay consistent with your skincare regimen.
